How to make the payment process for non-refundable and refundable reservations?

To pay the non-refundable rate it is necessary to make the payment at the time of booking. After making your booking you will receive an email and a message to your mobile phone giving you the contact details of the Santander bank (Getnet) with a link to a secure online payment platform.

House rules
